I’m a marketing strategist, a student of consciousness and a mountain girl who’s lived in Colorado’s Roaring Fork Valley since 2004. I founded The Athena Arena to help small business owners get found, get chosen and grow, with marketing that runs without them doing it all.

My story

A Renaissance Woman With a Strategist’s Brain

I’ve worn a lot of hats: chef, interior designer, product and floral designer, retailer, wholesaler, catalog producer, graphic and web designer and video producer. My career started in luxury hospitality, from Aspen and Deer Valley to Park City and Nantucket, and grew into operations and HR management.

I taught myself digital marketing and WordPress, started doing SEO in 1999, and opened my own agency in 2009. Over the years I kept seeing the same thing: talented business owners who were great at their work and invisible online. So I made it my work to fix that.

In 2016 I launched The Mind Body Spirit Network, a content platform and practitioner directory, and The Athena Arena grew into the agency that brings everything I’ve learned to clients.

I’m a marketer first. AI is how I deliver more, faster, in your voice, not the thing I’m selling you. I run four brands of my own on the same AI marketing system I build for clients, so everything I recommend, I use.

My Clifton Strengths are Strategist, Ideation, Positivity, Developer and Empathy. In plain English: I see the path, I bring fresh ideas, I keep it upbeat, I help you grow, and I genuinely care how you’re doing.

Beyond business

Mountain Life and Higher Consciousness

When I’m not building marketing systems, I’m out in the Rocky Mountains that inspire me, or exploring meditation, sound healing and consciousness. I host The Awakening Quest podcast, created The Athena Arena Podcast for business owners, and I’m a founding contributor to ConsciousnessCalibrations.com.

I believe business can be both strategic and soulful. That’s what “where Buddha meets business strategy” means to me.
