Manifestation is a powerful tool that can help you attract the things you need and desire in life.

By using the power of your intention, alignment with the attractor fields needed for manifesting what you want, visualization, attention, focus,  and lovingly holding in mind what you intend to manifest, you can learn to manifest anything you want.

Here are five tips that will help get you started on your path of manifestation.

#1: Stop wanting something and start intending for something instead.

Adopt a Growth Mindest in Manifesting What You Want-1The difference between wanting something and intending for it can often be between success and failure. 

Wanting something is a wish for it to be true without putting any mindful and heartfelt action behind it.

Intending to achieve something requires you to take proactive steps towards making that goal a reality and know, understand, and believe that what you hold in mind tends to manifest.

Even further, according to consciousness research, WANTING something versus INTENDING for something to manifest are very different magnetic energy fields.

WANTING  is a low level of consciousness known as DESIRE on the scale of human consciousness and Map of Spiritual Progress.

The “energies” of this level are the intention to “get.” 

Wanting is a low-level desire and attractor field of consciousnessIt is also

  • Egotistical,
  • Fantasy, and
  • Obsessive.

With lack of self-awareness, this energetic attractor field for experiencing can lead to:

  • Disappointment,
  • Anger,
  • Resentment, and
  • A false sense of entitlement.
  • The energy is that of a juvenile or child that goes into a tantrum because the desire for wanting and getting is way out of balance and misunderstood. 

There IS NO POWER in WANTING something to manifest. It just isn’t there. It’s not a judgment or opinion, and it’s just that the low-level energy field is powerless.

Intention is of higher mind and maturityINTENDING to manifest what you want is of a higher nature, a mature and higher mind.

There is significantly MORE POWER in INTENTION!

The “energies” of this level are:

  • Balance,
  • Decisiveness,
  • Success, and
  • Optimism.

This is a big difference energetically to the low-level energies of wanting and desire.

#2: Understanding the power of holding something in mind tends to bring it into manifestation

#2: Understand that the power of holding something in mind tends to bring it into manifestation.One of the most empowering aspects of manifestation is understanding that what you hold in mind tends to manifest.

In fact, according to consciousness research, the statement, “What you hold in mind tends to manifest,” calibrates as true at a very high level of consciousness.

The key to this, though, is to be aware of how you are holding something in mind. Is it with loving intent and eagerness to enjoy the process of manifestation?

Or is it with a sense of impatience and disappointment?

One is INTENTIONAL, whereas the other is DESIROUS and INSISTENT, resisting what is as opposed to enjoying the journey as the manifestation unfolds.

By keeping the intended outcome in your heart with light appreciative awareness, you invigorate its energy field for manifestation. Your attention helps it materialize more quickly by feeding the energy needed for creation into its energetic blueprint. 

Additionally, holding something in your mind helps you become more specific about what you wish to manifest and fine-tune your intentions.

Which will significantly enhance its fruition. 

You can't force something into manifestation. The energy isn't thereThe universe understands the clarity of your focus and intention and responds accordingly. You can sense when your vision is solidifying, making them more tangible. Have faith that whatever you’re manifesting is already taking form in the intangible realm, and enjoy waiting for it to come into physical form. 

Trying too hard to make something happen can halt its growth and prevent it from coming into being. Just have patience, trust in yourself and the divine power of creation, and observe as your wishes are granted, quite often subtly, one by one

#3: Learn how to let go of emotional blocks that keep you from manifesting something

Remove emotional blocks to manifesting somethingEmotional blocks are those feelings or thought patterns that may prevent you from achieving your desired outcome. These can be hidden from your awareness and dwell in your subconscious or unconscious. 

In fact, they can be inherited trapped emotions from generations of your ancestors! I know this is hard to believe, but it has come into the awareness of many gifted healers that this is so. 

Releasing trapped emotions and hidden blocks can be challenging and require dedication and inner awareness. But there are simple solutions to removing blocks and feeling much better!

When you remove the blocks, there is no more impatience or disappointment. The process is enjoyable and welcoming.

Maintaining a diary, journaling, or a goal-setting notebook is a powerful exercise in consciousness and Mastering Your Inner GameA diary, journal, or goal/intention-setting notebook is an excellent tool. It allows you to track progress, document changes, and note what is coming to fruition in your awareness and experience.

It also is of higher consciousness according to consciousness research. 

The “energy” of journaling and goal setting is compelling and helpful in fueling your intent to manifest something you’d like to bring into your life and experience.

Finally, once you visualize and focus on the goal or intention at hand, add some actionable steps to achieve it so that there’s some level of accountability for yourself or others if need be.

#4: Discover How to Manifest Something​ by Changing Your Mindset

Manifest your dreams- cultivate a growth mindsetManifesting something like money, success or love into our lives begins with having the right mindset to inform our thoughts, behaviors and experiences. There are a few steps to consider to cultivate the right state of mind necessary for manifesting your goals. 

For example, having an open and growth mindset where you believe that anything is possible and focusing on what you want to bring into your life instead of what you don’t. 

Remember, you need to know how you are holding something in mind. Is it stored in a negative or positive orientation? Additionally, being intentional and appreciative in visualizing your desired outcome will help bring your dreams closer to reality. 

How can you manifest something? 

Cultivate higher self-esteemA growth mindset is the first step to making your manifestations come true. A growth mindset involves:

  • Cultivating higher self-esteem.
  • Believing in yourself.
  • Appreciating your abilities and willingness to do the necessary work and dedication to progress.

Additionally, have strategies ready to deal with any roadblocks you may bump into along the way, get feedback from others when needed, and keep learning to develop the skills necessary for achieving success. 

Choose abundance, prosperity and serving the highest good-1Adopting an abundance mindset is essential to manifesting the things you desire. If you believe that there’s never enough, it can adversely affect how you approach manifesting. 

To avoid this, remember that abundance is abundant and that having enough of what you need is always possible; with optimistic energy, effort, and purposeful action! 

Manifesting something into your life begins with a shift in mindset – adopting an abundance mentality that thinks there’s always enough of something. A change in perspective can be significant when you release trapped emotions that block you.

It’s essential to focus on what already exists or what could be abundant in your life instead of worrying about what you don’t have. This can start as a challenge, but it can become more manageable with deliberate refocusing or pivoting.

It can soon propel you toward the manifestation of the things you intend. 

Acknowledge that your actions and reactions create your experiences, and choose to accept yourself unconditionally as you pursue the life you envision for yourself.

 

 

#5: The next step is to be mindful of—and thankful for—what you receive.

Be thank ful and appreciative for all that is in your life-1Manifesting is a powerful way to bring your goals, dreams and desires into reality. To manifest something is to consciously evoke it in to your life by visualizing it and allowing yourself to accept it as real.

It’s important to maintain an attitude of gratitude when manifesting your wishes. Love and appreciation for the process and the journey is inviting a high level of consciousness into your attractor field of consciousness.  To give thanks to GOD is an even higher level of attractor field and “power play” in consciousness.

Acknowledge whatever manifestation you receive in the time frame you have asked for and be thankful for it – no matter how big or small.

Create and cultivate gratitude by journaling it's a power play in consciousness-1As mentioned above, to create or maintain a gratitude journal or diary is of higher consciousness and another “power play” to contribute to your intentions. Taking five to ten minutes each night before bed, write down what you are grateful for and any events throughout the day that were steps towards achieving your goal. According to consciousness research, it is well worth the little effort it takes.

For example, if your desire is to save up money for retirement, maybe you got a call from your cable provider about ways to lower your monthly bill or heard an inspiring podcast prompting ideas on how to make extra income.

Something coming to fruition can be very subtle, so you need to pay attention to the fine details as they show up in your life.
